Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, or carving) are as follows:

Returns & Exchanges will only be honored in the event that the product was damaged during shipping. Due to each product being specialty handmade to order. However, please contact me if you have any problems or questions with your order.

Returns & Exchanges Process:

1.  Requires photo/video recordings within 3 days of receipt of the damages

2.  Please submit the date of purchase, delivery date, photos and/or video of the damages to Gizmo@Famtechinnovations.com
